CD-1000

The CIMISA CD Line is practical and functional, offering three functions in a single piece of equipment: pre-cleaning, classification, and standardization. This integration delivers better results in seed selection.

With options ranging from 6 to 11 bagging chutes, the CD Line enables the separation of products into 2 to 3 different sizes (depending on the selected model), standardizing them in a single pass through the machine. These machines provide superior seed quality.

The models available in the CD Line include CD-500, CD-700, CD-1000, CD-2000 Elephant, and CD-3000 Mamute. Each model has specific production capacities and can be equipped with additional accessories to further enhance efficiency.

The CD-1000 performs pre-cleaning of up to 4,800 kg/h and classification and standardization of up to 2,400 kg/h. It is equipped with 6 bagging chutes and 5 sieves, allowing the separation of seeds into 2 sizes in a single pass through the machine.
