CIMISA Densimetric Tables
The CIMISA densimetric tables are equipped with a frequency inverter and lateral and longitudinal tilt control, as well as air flow adjustment. These features allow seeds to be processed in four different bands, ensuring standardized and uniform classification.

By using the specific weight of the seeds to separate them, these tables eliminate shriveled, malformed, deteriorated seeds, as well as those attacked by insects and microorganisms, in addition to other light impurities. Therefore, they are ideal for the end of the classification line, ensuring high-quality seeds.

The MD line is perfect for all the producer’s needs and essential for anyone looking to install a Seed Processing Unit (SPU). It consists of the models MD-25, MD-50, MD-75, and MD-120, with production capacities ranging from 1,500 kg/h to 7,200 kg/h. The main features include individual fan adjustment, a sirocco-style fan that provides a large volume of air with low noise, vibration adjustment on the control panel (frequency inverter), and a quick coupling for changing the deck.

It also offers the following options: bagging elevator, flow dosing hopper, small seed deck, and particle collection hood.

The MD-120 has a production capacity of 7,200 kg/h and is equipped with five low-noise fans.
