MD-50

CIMISA's densimetric tables are equipped with a frequency inverter and lateral and longitudinal tilt control, as well as air flow adjustment. These features allow the seeds to be processed in four different zones, ensuring a standardized and uniform classification.

By using the specific weight of the seeds to separate them, these tables eliminate shriveled, malformed, deteriorated seeds, and those attacked by insects and microorganisms, as well as other light impurities. Therefore, they are ideal for the end of the classification line, ensuring high-quality seeds.

The MD line is perfect for all the producer's needs and essential for those who want to install a Seed Processing Unit (SPU). It consists of the MD-25, MD-50, MD-75, and MD-120 models, with production capacities ranging from 1,500 kg/h to 7,200 kg/h. Key features include individual fan adjustment, a sirocco fan that provides high air volume with low noise, vibration adjustment on the control panel (frequency inverter), and quick-connect for deck changes.

Additionally, the following options are available: bagging elevator, flow dosing hopper, small seed deck, and particle collection hood.

The MD-50 has a production capacity of 3,000 kg/h and is equipped with three low-noise fans.
